Anne is responsible for ensuring that the Cert-ain Certification Ltd. administration process runs smoothly and meets the high standards of service required by our customers.
​Anne has worked in the training/certification industry for many years, previously as a training centre co-ordinator and as a certification body quality assurance manager.

Ian Palmer - Operations Manager
Ian is the lead external verifier for Cert-ain Certification Ltd, his main role is to provide technical help and support to assessment centres.

Ian is a 'time-served' gas service engineer/technician, he has previously managed a large utilities-based training centre and is an experienced trainer, assessor and internal verifier.

Richard Phipps - Certification Manager   
Richard is responsible for ensuring that Cert-ain Certification Ltd. complies with the requirements of the various accrediting bodies.

​Richard has nearly 40 years industry experience, initially as a gas service engineer, then working in the training and certification sector as a trainer, assessor, internal verifier, external verifier and senior manager.
